Looking at Your Website

Once our Design team has finished working on your website, you will receive an email with a private link to see it. This link can be accessed from any device – desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.

If you are happy with the website, we can put it live on the internet for you straight away. All you need to do is email lee@webaheadinternetltd.co.uk and we’ll get right on with it!

If anything on the website is not in a state that meets your expectations or needs, such as outdated content or missing images, we encourage you to provide us with your feedback so we can continue to improve your experience.

IMPORTANT: When you submit your feedback you will receive an email to confirm that they have been received. This will also give you the opportunity to add comments to your feedback. Please note that no comments will be read for feedback submissions which are already marked as being ‘Completed’ or ‘Closed’. If you do need to submit more feedback, please enter a new submission.

In a Nutshell..

To get started, simply scroll to the part of the site you would like to give us feedback on then click on the “Submit feedback” button on the right-hand side of the website. This will bring up a screenshot of the page, which you can annotate to highlight specific areas of feedback.

Additionally, you can provide more information about your feedback in the text box provided. Once you’re happy with your annotations and comments, click on the “Submit” button to send us your feedback.

Next up, annotating your screenshot.If you’d like to do this, select one of the options in the toolbar at the top of the screenshot. You can draw boxes around elements, write directly on the screenshot, or even draw arrows to point out specific details.

Feedback & File Uploads

You will need to provide information about your feedback in the text box provided. This allows you to explain in detail what you like or dislike about the website or what changes you would like to see. You can also upload files & photos by clicking the paperclip icon in the bottom-right of the box.

Once you’re happy with your annotations and comments, click on the “Send Feedback” button to send us your feedback. Keep reading to find out what happens next.

Once you have submitted your feedback using the form, your feedback will be added to our queue. We will review your feedback as soon as possible and action any requested changes.*
